  • 0.5 cups Sev (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large, deep skillet or wok on medium heat and add 2 tablespoons of oil.

Once the oil is hot, add mustard seeds and let them crackle.

Add asafoetida, curry leaves, and dried red chilies. Sauté for 30-40 seconds until fragrant.
