  • 1 head Romaine lettuce
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium-sized Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium-sized Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Honey
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.

Step 2

Rub the chicken breasts with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and coat them evenly with the Montreal steak seasoning.

Step 3

Grill the chicken for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C). Remove from the grill and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing into strips.

Halve the cherry tomatoes, slice the cucumber into thin rounds, and thinly slice the red onion. Add them to the bowl with the lettuce.

Step 6

In a small bowl, whisk together 2 tablespoons of olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.

Step 7

Toss the salad with the dressing until evenly coated.

Step 8

Top the salad with the grilled chicken strips and sprinkle with feta cheese. Garnish with fresh parsley, if desired.

Step 9

Serve immediately and enjoy your Montreal Grilled Chicken Salad!
