Ingredients

  • 2 cups (shredded) Monterey Jack cheese
  • 0.5 cups (grated) Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoons Paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoons Garlic powder
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line two large baking sheets with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a medium-sized bowl, combine the shredded Monterey Jack cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, paprika, garlic powder, and black pepper. Mix well to evenly distribute the seasonings.

Step 3

Using a tablespoon or small cookie scoop, drop mounds of the cheese mixture onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart to allow the crisps to spread while baking.

Step 4

With the back of a spoon or your fingers, gently flatten each mound into a thin circle, about 2 inches in diameter.

Step 5

Bake in the preheated oven for 6–8 minutes, or until the crisps turn golden and the edges are slightly browned. Keep an eye on them as they can burn quickly.

Step 6

Remove from the oven and allow the cheese crisps to cool on the baking sheets for about 5 minutes. They will crisp up further as they cool.

Step 7

Once cooled, carefully transfer the cheese crisps to a serving plate or an airtight container if storing for later use.

Step 8

Optional: Sprinkle with fresh parsley for a touch of color and flavor before serving.
