Ingredients

  • 170 g Gluten-free dark chocolate
  • 115 g Unsalted butter
  • 100 g Granulated sugar
  • 2 pcs Large eggs
  • 2 pcs Egg yolks
  • 30 g Gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 5 g Unsweetened cocoa powder (for dusting, optional)
  • 1 as needed Butter or gluten-free non-stick spray (for greasing molds)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 220°C (428°F). Lightly grease four ramekins (6-ounce size) with butter or gluten-free non-stick spray. If desired, dust the inside of each ramekin with a little cocoa powder for extra non-stick assurance.

In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the gluten-free dark chocolate and unsalted butter. Microwave in 30-second intervals, stirring after each interval, until both are fully melted and smooth. Alternatively, melt them using a double boiler on the stovetop.
