Ingredients

  • 115 grams Unsalted butter
  • 170 grams Dark chocolate (70% cocoa)

  • 2 Large eggs
  • 2 Egg yolks
  • 30 grams All-purpose flour
  • 10 grams Cocoa powder
  • 60 grams Cherry preserves
  • 6 Fresh cherries (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F) and grease six ramekins or muffin tins with butter, then lightly dust them with cocoa powder.
