  • 4 pieces Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 whole Lemon
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.5 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Zest one lemon and juice both lemons, setting aside the juice and zest separately.

Step 3

Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness to ensure even cooking.

In a small bowl, mix paprika, salt, and black pepper. Rub this seasoning blend onto both sides of the chicken breasts.
