Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 100 grams Dark chocolate
  • 1 tablespoon Instant coffee granules
  • 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 2 tablespoons Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Powdered sugar
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a small saucepan, melt the dark chocolate, butter, and heavy cream over low heat, stirring regularly until smooth.

Remove from heat and stir in the instant coffee granules until fully dissolved. Set aside to cool slightly.
