  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 2 tablespoons instant coffee granules
  • 0.25 cup boiling water
  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered sugar

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the instant coffee granules with the boiling water, stirring until the coffee granules are completely dissolved. Set aside to cool.

In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the semisweet chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth and fully melted. Let it cool slightly.
