Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups All-purpose flour
  • 0.25 cup Unsweetened cocoa powder

  • 0.5 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.75 cup Granulated sugar
  • 0.25 cup Light brown sugar
  • 0.75 cup Brewed coffee (cooled)
  • 0.25 cup Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Buttermilk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 0.5 cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease four mini loaf pans or line them with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the granulated sugar and light brown sugar with the cooled brewed coffee, vegetable oil, buttermilk, egg, and vanilla extract. Whisk until smooth and well incorporated.
