Ingredients

  • 1 cup Crushed chocolate cookies

Directions

Step 1

In a medium mixing bowl, whip 1 1/2 cups of heavy cream with a hand mixer or stand mixer until soft peaks form. Gradually add granulated sugar and continue whipping until stiff peaks form. Set aside.

Dissolve the espresso powder in 2 teaspoons of hot water. Gently fold the dissolved espresso and vanilla extract into the whipped cream until fully incorporated. Refrigerate to chill.
