Directions

Step 1

Brew 240 ml of strong coffee and let it cool to room temperature. Stir in 1 tablespoon of instant espresso powder until fully dissolved, then set aside.

In a heatproof bowl, melt 120 g of semi-sweet chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 20-second intervals, stirring until smooth. Set aside to cool slightly.
