Ingredients

  • 300 grams Chow mein noodles
  • 100 grams Boneless, skinless chicken breast
  • 100 grams Pork tenderloin
  • 100 grams Shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 4 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 3 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, finely grated
  • 1 Carrot, julienned
  • 1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 100 grams Green cabbage, shredded
  • 4 Green onions, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil

Directions

Step 1

Cook the chow mein noodles according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.

Step 2

Thinly slice the chicken breast and pork tenderloin into bite-sized pieces.

Step 3

Heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a large wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.

Step 4

Add chicken and pork to the pan, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside.

Step 5

In the same pan, add another tablespoon of oil and add the shrimp. Cook for 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque. Remove and set aside with the meats.
