Ingredients

  • 300 grams Beef sirloin
  • 300 grams Chicken breast
  • 1 Red bell pepper
  • 1 Yellow bell pepper
  • 1 Red onion
  • 1 Zucchini
  • 12 pieces Cherry tomatoes
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 30 ml Lemon juice
  • 4 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 2 teaspoons Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 16 pieces Wooden skewers

Directions

Step 1

Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning.

Step 2

Cut the beef sirloin and chicken breast into 2.5 cm cubes and place them in separate bowls.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, paprika, cumin, oregano, salt, and black pepper to make the marinade.

Divide the marinade equally and pour over the beef and chicken cubes. Toss to combine and coat each piece well. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
