Ingredients

  • 3 pounds Chuck roast
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) Ranch seasoning mix
  • 1 packet (1 ounce) Au jus gravy mix
  • 0.5 cup Unsalted butter
  • 6 whole Pepperoncini peppers
  • 0.25 cup Pepperoncini juice

Directions

Step 1

Place the chuck roast in the bottom of the crockpot.

Step 2

Sprinkle the entire packet of ranch seasoning mix evenly over the roast.

Step 3

Sprinkle the au jus gravy mix evenly over the roast and on top of the ranch seasoning.

Step 4

Cut the unsalted butter into small chunks and place them on top of the roast.

Add the whole pepperoncini peppers to the crockpot, dispersing them around the roast.

Step 6

Pour the 1/4 cup of pepperoncini juice over the entire roast for extra flavor.

Step 7
