Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground lamb
  • 15 g Fresh mint leaves
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves

  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 6 pieces Wooden or metal skewers

Directions

Step 1

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning during cooking.

Finely chop the fresh mint leaves, parsley, and garlic cloves and set them aside.
