Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground turkey
  • 0.5 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.25 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil, for greasing
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 1 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Apple cider vinegar

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin with the vegetable oil to prevent sticking.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let the mixture soak for 2-3 minutes to soften the breadcrumbs.

Add the ground turkey, egg, onion, garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, Dijon mustard, salt, and black pepper to the bowl with the breadcrumb mixture. Use clean hands or a wooden spoon to gently mix everything together until just combined. Do not overmix, as this can make the meatloaves dense.
