Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Yellow onion, finely diced

  • 2 cups Button or cremini mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 3 ounces Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 sheets Frozen puff pastry sheets, thawed
  • 1 Egg, beaten

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large skillet, heat the butter and olive oil over medium heat.

Add the finely diced onion and sauté until softened and translucent, about 3-4 minutes.
