Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground beef
  • 0.5 pound Ground pork
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup (for glaze)
  • 2 tablespoons Brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease a muffin tin for individual loaves.

Step 2

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, finely diced onion, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, ketchup, mustard, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until fully combined.

Divide the mixture into six equal portions and shape each portion into a small loaf shape. You can also press the mixture into a muffin tin for a uniform look.
