  • 1 lb Ground beef (80/20 lean-to-fat ratio)
  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.75 cup Milk
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely chopped

  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Dried parsley
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil (for greasing)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking sheet or line it with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the breadcrumbs and milk. Let sit for 5 minutes to allow the breadcrumbs to absorb the liquid.
