Ingredients

  • 1 tube refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 8 slices sliced deli ham
  • 8 slices sliced deli salami
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup marinara sauce (for dipping, optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.

Step 2

Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a clean work surface and separate it into 8 triangles along the perforated lines.

Step 3

Place one slice of ham and one slice of salami on top of each crescent triangle, adjusting to fit within the triangle shape.

Step 4

Sprinkle about 2 tablespoons of shredded mozzarella cheese onto the meat layers of each triangle.

Step 5

Starting at the wider end of the triangle, tightly roll up each crescent roll toward the tip to form a pinwheel-like roll.

Step 6

Place the rolls seam-side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them about 2 inches apart.

Step 7

In a small bowl, mix the melted butter with Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Brush this mixture generously over the top of each roll.

Step 8

Bake in the preheated oven for 12–15 minutes, or until the rolls are golden brown and fully baked through.

Step 9

Remove from the oven and let the rolls rest for 2–3 minutes before serving.

Step 10

Serve warm, with marinara sauce on the side for dipping if desired.
