Ingredients

  • 0.5 lb Ground beef
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.25 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.25 tsp Onion powder
  • 0.5 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package Refrigerated crescent roll dough
  • 12 pieces Pickle slices
  • 0.25 cup Ketchup
  • 0.25 cup Mustard
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Water

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Step 2

In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and cooked through, breaking it into small crumbles as it cooks. About 5-7 minutes.

Step 3

Season the cooked beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and remove from heat.

Step 4

Let the meat mixture cool slightly, then stir in the shredded cheddar cheese.

Step 5

Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into 12 triangles as per the package instructions.

Step 6

Place a small spoonful of the beef and cheese mixture onto the wide end of each triangle. Add a small pickle slice on top if desired.

Step 7

Drizzle a small amount of ketchup and mustard over the filling before rolling it up.

Step 8

Carefully roll each crescent dough triangle, starting at the wide end and rolling toward the pointed tip, to enclose the filling.

Step 9

In a small bowl, whisk the egg and water together to create an egg wash. Brush this lightly over the tops of the rolled crescents.

Step 10

Arrange the rolled crescents on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a little space between each one for expansion.

Step 11

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crescents are golden brown and cooked through.

Step 12

Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and serve warm. These delicious mini crescent burgers are perfect on their own or with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping!
