  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, peanut butter, soy sauce, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, brown sugar, ground coriander, and chili flakes (if using). Mix thoroughly until well incorporated.
