Ingredients

  • 500 g Ground chicken
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 50 g Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 10 pieces Mini burger buns
  • 5 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 5 slices Cheddar cheese slices
  • 50 g Mayonnaise
  • 50 g Ketchup

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the ground chicken, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, black pepper, breadcrumbs, and egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the chicken mixture into 10 equal parts and shape each portion into a small patty about 5 cm (2 inches) in diameter.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Cook the chicken patties in the skillet for about 4-5 minutes per side, or until they are golden brown and fully cooked with an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).
