Ingredients

  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
  • 2 tablespoons sweetened condensed milk

  • 24 pieces whole almonds
  • 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the sweetened shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract. Stir until the mixture becomes sticky and holds together when pressed.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Using your hands, take about 1 tablespoon of the coconut mixture and shape it into a small rectangle. Place on the prepared baking sheet. Repeat until you have 24 coconut rectangles.
