Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Chicken thighs (bone-in, skin-on)
  • 2 Lemons
  • 4 Garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Ground black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground turmeric
  • 0.5 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Zest one of the lemons and juice both lemons into a small bowl. Set aside.

Mince the garlic cloves and combine them with the lemon juice and zest in a large mixing bowl.
