  • 1 teaspoon Ground coriander
  • 1.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 large (thinly sliced) Tomatoes
  • 1 large (thinly sliced) Bell peppers
  • 2 medium (thinly sliced) Potatoes

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (390°F).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground lamb, finely chopped onion, minced garlic, parsley, cilantro, ground allspice, cumin, cinnamon, coriander, salt, and black pepper.
