Ingredients

  • 15 oz Mexicorn (canned, drained)
  • 15 oz Sweet corn (canned, drained)

  • 1 cup Pepper Jack cheese (shredded)

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 2 tbsp Butter (melted)
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 0.5 tsp Garlic powder
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 cup Crushed tortilla chips (optional for topping)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a 9x13-inch casserole dish lightly with non-stick spray or melted butter.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the Mexicorn, sweet corn, and green chilies. Stir to mix evenly.
