  • 4 pieces bolillo rolls
  • 1 cup refried beans
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 large avocado

  • 1 head lettuce

Directions

Step 1

Slice the bolillo rolls in half lengthwise and lightly toast them under a broiler or in a toaster oven for a couple of minutes until they are golden brown.
