Ingredients

  • 4 large ripe tomatoes
  • 1 medium red onion

Directions

Step 1

Wash and pat dry the tomatoes, red onion, jalapeño pepper, cilantro, and lime.

Slice the tomatoes into wedges or bite-sized chunks and place them in a large salad bowl.

Halve and thinly slice the red onion. Add it to the salad bowl with the tomatoes.
