Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Add the ground beef or turkey to the skillet and cook, breaking it apart with a wooden spoon, until browned and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if necessary.

Add the diced onion and bell pepper to the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until softened.
