  • 1 medium avocado, diced (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.

Add the chopped onion, garlic, and jalapeño to the pot and sauté for 3-5 minutes, or until the onion is translucent and fragrant.
