  • 1 cup Cheddar cheese
  • 2 tablespoons Cornstarch

  • 1 teaspoon Chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon Ground cumin

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, toss the Monterey Jack cheese and Cheddar cheese with the cornstarch until evenly coated. Set aside.
