  • 1 cup sour cream (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a spatula, until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
