Ingredients

  • 8 oz chorizo sausage
  • 6 pieces eggs
  • 2 tbsp milk

  • 8 pieces corn tortillas
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded

  • 1 piece avocado, sliced
  • 2 tsp vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the chorizo sausage. Cook and crumble the chorizo until fully cooked, about 7-8 minutes. Transfer to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess grease.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
