Ingredients

  • 1 large Watermelon
  • 1 medium Cantaloupe
  • 1 medium Honeydew melon
  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 cup Blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons Mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice

Directions

Step 1

Cut the watermelon in half lengthwise. Scoop out the flesh using a melon baller or spoon, creating small watermelon balls. Place the watermelon balls in a large mixing bowl, and keep the hollowed-out watermelon shell to use as your serving bowl.

Step 2

Cut the cantaloupe and honeydew melon in half. Remove the seeds and scoop out the flesh using a melon baller or spoon to create small balls. Add these to the mixing bowl with the watermelon balls.

Step 3

Rinse the strawberries and blueberries. Remove the stems from the strawberries and cut them into quarters. Add them to the bowl with the melon balls.

Finely chop the mint leaves and sprinkle them over the fruit.
