Ingredients

  • 2 sheets Puff pastry sheets
  • 100 grams Feta cheese
  • 50 grams Sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh oregano
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 large Egg
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line two baking trays with parchment paper.

Step 2

Finely chop the sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, oregano, and garlic.

Step 3

In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped sun-dried tomatoes, parsley, oregano, garlic, feta cheese (crumbled), olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Mix until evenly combined.

Lightly flour a clean surface and roll out the puff pastry sheets to smooth any creases. Each sheet should be about 12x12 inches in size.

Spread the Mediterranean filling evenly onto one of the puff pastry sheets, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges.

Place the second puff pastry sheet on top, pressing gently to seal. Use a sharp knife or pizza cutter to slice the pastry into 12 equal strips.
