Ingredients

  • 6 pieces Corn tostada shells
  • 1 cup Hummus
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 1 medium Cucumber
  • 0.5 medium Red onion
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.5 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Place the corn tostada shells on a baking sheet and bake for 3-5 minutes until warm and slightly crisp. Remove and set aside.
