  • 4 pieces large whole wheat wraps or pita breads
  • 2 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 medium cucumber, diced
  • 0.5 medium red onion, thinly sliced
  • 0.5 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 0.5 cup tzatziki sauce
  • 4 pieces lemon wedges

Directions

Step 1

In a medium bowl, combine shrimp, olive oil, garlic, smoked paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss until shrimp are evenly coated.

Heat a large non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the seasoned shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they are pink and fully cooked. Remove from heat and set aside.
