Ingredients

  • 2 English cucumber
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.5 Red onion
  • 3 tablespoons Extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Red wine vinegar
  • 2 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and dry the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes.

Step 2

Slice the cucumbers into thin rounds and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Halve the cherry tomatoes and add them to the bowl with the cucumbers.

Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl as well.
