Ingredients

  • 200 grams feta cheese
  • 100 grams cream cheese
  • 4 whole garlic cloves
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh dill
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley
  • 0.5 teaspoon black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0 pita chips or veggie sticks (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel and trim the garlic cloves, then place them on a sheet of aluminum foil. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, wrap them tightly in the foil, and roast in the oven for 20 minutes or until golden and soft.
