Ingredients

  • 1 large wrap Whole-grain tortilla
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 medium Garlic clove
  • 1 cup Baby spinach
  • 0.5 cup Cherry tomatoes
  • 0.25 cup Red onion
  • 0.25 cup Kalamata olives
  • 0.25 cup Feta cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.25 teaspoon Crushed red pepper flakes
  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat olive oil in a medium pan over medium heat. Mince the garlic clove and add it to the pan. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the baby spinach to the pan and cook until wilted, about 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Slice the cherry tomatoes in half and finely slice the red onion. Pit and halve the Kalamata olives.
