  • 500 grams Beef sirloin (thinly sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 large Red bell pepper (sliced)
  • 1 medium Zucchini (sliced into half-moons)
  • 200 grams Cherry tomatoes (halved)
  • 1 medium Red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 100 grams Kalamata olives (pitted and halved)
  • 100 grams Feta cheese (crumbled)
  • 1 large Lemon (juice and zest)
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.

Season the beef slices with salt, black pepper, and dried oregano, then add them to the skillet in a single layer. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until browned. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
