  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 4 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

In a large skillet or pot, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and cook until softened, about 3 minutes.
