Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds Ground beef
  • 0.5 pounds Ground pork
  • 1 medium Onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 0.75 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cups Milk
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 0.25 cups Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 pieces Pie crust, store-bought or homemade
  • 1 cup Shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 3 cups Mashed potatoes (optional, for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, chopped onion, minced garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, eggs, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
