Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • 0.5 lb Ground pork
  • 0.75 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Milk
  • 1 large Eggs
  • 0.5 cup Yellow onion, finely diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cup Ketchup
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.5 tsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Parsley, chopped (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 12-cup muffin tin or line with silicone muffin cups.

Step 2

In a small mixing bowl, combine the milk and breadcrumbs. Allow the mixture to sit for 2-3 minutes until moistened.

Step 3

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground pork, moistened breadcrumbs, egg, onion, garlic, 2 tablespoons of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, paprika, and parsley (if using). Mix gently with your hands until just combined; do not overmix.

Step 4

Divide the meat mixture evenly among the prepared muffin cups, pressing lightly to shape them into small domes.

In a separate small bowl, mix together the remaining ketchup, brown sugar, and mustard to form a glaze.
