Ingredients

  • 4 slices Cooked meatloaf slices
  • 6 slices Bacon
  • 4 leaves Lettuce leaves
  • 1 large Tomato
  • 4 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
  • 2 slices Cheddar cheese
  • 6 slices Sandwich bread
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.25 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat a skillet over medium heat.

Step 2

Butter one side of each slice of bread (use the 2 tablespoons of butter).

Step 3

Toast the bread in the skillet, butter-side down, until golden brown. Set aside to cool slightly.

In the same skillet, cook the bacon slices until crispy. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess grease.

Warm the meatloaf slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side. Season with a pinch of salt and black pepper if desired.

Slice the tomato into thin rounds.
