Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or a similar baking dish.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, diced onion, minced garlic, egg, breadcrumbs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Mix thoroughly until evenly combined.
