Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pizza dough
  • 6 slices Thinly sliced ham
  • 6 slices Thinly sliced salami
  • 20 slices Pepperoni slices
  • 1.5 cups Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1 tablespoon All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 0.5 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Marinara sauce (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

Lightly flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle approximately 12x10 inches.

Step 3

Layer the ham slices evenly on the dough, leaving a 1-inch border around the edges. Follow with a layer of salami and then the pepperoni slices.

Step 4

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese and grated Parmesan cheese evenly over the meats.

Step 5

In a small bowl, whisk together the egg and water to make an egg wash.

Step 6

Brush the edges of the dough with the egg wash to help seal the stromboli.

Step 7

Carefully roll up the dough, starting from one of the longer edges, into a tight log. Pinch the seams to seal the stromboli, and tuck the ends under to prevent filling from spilling out.

Step 8

Transfer the stromboli to the prepared baking sheet, seam side down.

Step 9

Brush the entire surface of the stromboli with the remaining egg wash. Sprinkle the top with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.

Step 10

Using a sharp knife, cut 3-4 small slits on the top of the stromboli to help release steam while baking.

Step 11

Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown and cooked through.

Step 12

Remove from the oven and allow the stromboli to cool for 5-10 minutes before slicing.

Step 13

Serve warm with marinara sauce on the side for dipping.
