Directions

Step 1

To prepare the garlic aioli, mince or grate 2 cloves of garlic. In a small bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise, the minced garlic, and 2 tablespoons of fresh lemon juice. Stir well until smooth and creamy. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.

Step 2

For the chimichurri sauce, finely chop 1 cup of fresh parsley, 1 cup of fresh cilantro, and 2 tablespoons of fresh oregano. Mince 2 more cloves of garlic.
