  • 2 pieces Store-bought or homemade pie crust (top & bottom)
  • 1 teaspoon Milk (optional, for egg wash)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F).

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
